A Victory Inn Tolleson

For $100.00 a night, I expected a lot better. The room was filthy and smelled awful, the TV remote had no batteries, and the wifi password didn’t work. It felt more like a $40 room. Don’t waste your money.

I left within 30 minutes of checking in because the room was so bad, and then they told me I wouldn’t get a refund. The floor had dog urine on it, the bedding was stained, and the walls were crumbling. It was extremely loud and smelled of cigarettes. The conditions were unsanitary, and the customer service was just as dismissive and unhelpful. No guest should have to deal with an experience like that.

The staff are really cool, and aside from one thing, it’s a nice place. I just can’t stand the dogs. You can hear them barking down the hallway, and the rooms get that dog smell and have dog hair. They shouldn’t allow pets.

Good place for truckers, with semi truck parking and rooms always available. And there’s a pool where you can relax during your 10 hours or 34 hours reset!!!!
