Microtel Inn & Suites By Wyndham Tooele

Breakfast was basic but good, with bagels, toast, a couple of waffle makers, and a few things from the fridge. The shower could’ve been about 20% hotter, though it was plenty hot and that’s just my preference. The rooms and bathrooms are more spacious than the name suggests, and they’re laid out really well. There’s even a small desk and a reading nook. Everything felt sturdy, modern, and very clean. The lamps, lights, and even the mirror had buttons, so the room felt almost futuristic. I’d stay again.

My schedule was all over the place, and I was upset, but Ebony listened to my tears and frustrations. She was helping new customers at the same time and kindly explained they needed her attention too. She handled that with a lot of class. Ebony called me back, told me she’d taken care of everything, and I’m very happy with the result. Good experiences feel rare lately. She’s a stellar employee in the Wyndham Family and deserves a raise, in my opinion. Thanks Microtel, and thanks Ebony. I’ll stick with your hotels for many reasons, and this experience has made me a lifelong customer.

It was a holiday and New Year’s, so I expected a few hiccups, but Helen at the desk made the whole stay almost perfect. Check-in was super easy, the room was clean, and her huge smile put a huge smile on my face too.

It had just opened, and I had a great stay. The staff and service were both great. I’ll stay here again.
