They followed up after checkout to ask for feedback and address concerns. Housekeeping came regularly, and staff responded quickly to questions and requests. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had what we needed. Check-in and checkout were prompt, and the welcome at reception was warm. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the service felt tailored to guest preferences. They also offered concierge help with recommendations, bookings, and arrangements, plus quality dining, room service, or suggestions for nearby restaurants.

It’s okay at best, and my room was pretty small. I’ve been here four days with no housekeeping visit and no towels provided. The refrigerator doesn’t work, and there’s no microwave. I told an employee about that on the first day. The TV is old, I saw some roaches, and the room was dirty enough that I bought my own cleaning supplies. The lamp above the bed is broken, and there are holes in the bathroom.

I paid 60 for a filthy room with trash everywhere, no usable outlets, and walls so thin I could hear everything. There were roaches and bed bugs too. Never making that mistake again 😭

Management was kind and came by each room after guests settled in to check if anything was needed. The price was really good for a quick stay, but the rooms were cracked, smelled awful, and weren’t very clean. Even the non-smoking rooms had a strong stale cigarette smell. There was a bedsheet stain that looked like lipstick, so I couldn’t tell whether the sheets hadn’t been washed well or hadn’t been changed.
