I liked the 24/7 coffee and water in the main lobby, and we'd stay at another location if one is available in the city we visit. The room was clean, with quiet heating and just-right lighting. I liked the simple setup, with no carpet, coffee service, or closet. The bathroom lights were all on one switch, though, and far too bright. Separate switches would make a softer light possible at night.

The bed was so comfortable we slept like a dream. Our room was spotless and well maintained, and the lobby's elegant scent made a lovely first impression. The front desk staff were extremely kind and accommodating with our requests. Highly recommend this hotel!

The manager did move me to the top floor for my second night, which was more relaxing. My first night, FEB 13, 2026, was very unpleasant because guests above my room were loud and rude, banging on the floor at all hours. They woke me at 2:30 and 4:00 in the morning. It sounded like wrestling, as if someone was being tossed around. When I spoke to the woman at the guest desk the next morning, FEB 14,2026, she told me a YOUTH hockey team was staying there over valentine weekend. I hadn't known a whole team would be there when I booked. No compensation was offered for the lack of communication at check-in. It would've helped to know the building would be full of loud children banging on the floor all night, so I could have requested a refund through my app and gone elsewhere. I was told I could get points toward a room, but never got information about how to start that process.

The location was perfect, and we had no trouble finding affordable Ubers downtown. The bed was super comfy, the bathroom was cool, and the products provided were nice. Everything was clean and stocked. Very satisfied, and we'll stay again.
