Modern State 209 Just Blocks Away From The Bay

My suite was spacious, clean, and had fun modern decor. It also had a beautiful bay view, and I spent a lot of my downtime relaxing in the cozy living room. Check-in was simple, and the downtown location put coffee shops, restaurants, the bay, bookstores, and boutiques all within walking distance. Made for a great weekend. I'd highly recommend it.

We had a great stay and would recommend it, especially for the location close to downtown. We would definitely return. A couple of things could have gone better. We asked about checking in early but weren't able to, even though it seemed possible. We also couldn't get the Wi-Fi password. The instructions pointed us to the virtual dashboard, but despite trying everything, we couldn't find it, and we're tech savvy. We didn't contact the property manager, which might have helped.

This was a beautiful, modern two-bedroom apartment-style place on the fifth floor, with one king and one queen bed. It was elegant, very quiet, and the locked building felt secure. The accommodations were clean, with a large bathroom, tile shower, washer and dryer, and a high-tech makeup mirror built in. The beds were comfortable, and the complimentary snacks, sustainable water, and earplugs were nice touches. We couldn't try the balcony because of the weather, but there is one. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook, and there was information on the fridge about ordering groceries to the door. No hidden fees, and parking is close by, across the street. It's near dining, shopping, and the beach. For anyone wanting an Airbnb with hotel-style accommodations and no owners showing up unannounced, this is well worth the reasonable price. A must-see for visitors. If you're coming for Cherry fest, book now because this place will be booked solid, guaranteed!

Kasa Boardwalk Suites was a great value compared with other places in the area. We loved the easy check-in and being able to do everything by text. Questions got quick answers, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The location was fantastic, the full-sized kitchen was great, and the stay was comfortable. We'll absolutely return. A few things could make it better. There was hair in a lot of places, including the linens, bed, couch, and shower, even though the room was otherwise clean and comfortable. The lot behind the building was easy to use, but overnight parking wasn't allowed, so we had to move the car to the street or a nearby garage. An agreement with the city for a parking pass or overnight use of that lot would be great, and we'd have paid a little more for that convenience. Also, the living room TV was very nice, but we'd have liked a TV in the bedroom for relaxing in bed and watching with my person. We know not everyone wants one, but those who don't could simply leave it off.
