I wanted to leave ZERO STARS, but the site wouldn't let me post without choosing one. I booked two nights, and the area gave me some concern when I arrived, but I was still willing to try it. The room wasn't clean or newly renovated. The beds had futon mattresses on metal frames. After using quite a bit of Lysol, even taking a deep breath while sitting or lying down made the frame squeak. It was the worst overnight stay I've ever had. Around 7 a.m. I packed my things and went to the front desk to ask for a refund for the second night, but no one was there. I rang the bell and called out, with no response. I left a message asking for a call back on Saturday. It's Monday now and nobody has gotten back to me. DO NOT USE THIS INN!!!!!

The pictures do match the rooms, but the chairs were filthy, and we had to change the sheets ourselves on one of the beds. The mattress shifts, and any movement on it makes noise. You can hear every sound, including people walking and talking. The people above me were loud at 5 a.m., coughing, hacking, talking in a foreign language, and making other noise. The best hours for sleeping are 1-5 a.m. And the WiFi they offer doesn't work.

I left an item behind on Sunday, and they would have sent it to me, but I picked it up Tuesday. They were very helpful with anything I needed, including information. I needed extra towels and got them in just 10 minutes. The place was very clean, and I'll definitely stay there again. 🤗

The bathroom TV doesn't work, and its remote is broken. The microwave looks like it hasn't been cleaned since it was bought. There are visible dirt marks on the door, and there are shoeprints all over the walls by the bed.

The bathroom lights were missing, and the shower curtain was lying on the floor. The room was dirty and smelled horrible.
