We checked in for April 10-11, 2026, and the room was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible and musty; the comforter, sheets, and pillowcases were visibly stained and dirty, with stains elsewhere too. The bathroom shelves and door were filthy. I didn't feel safe touching anything and thought we'd catch some kind of disease if we slept there. The towels, which I forgot to photograph, were wrinkled like they'd been used and folded instead of cleaned and dried first. The toilet seat was broken off, the floors hadn't been swept, and the doors looked unwiped for years. There was fresh blood on the sidewalk on the way in, which spooked me. The posted photos look fake, from somewhere else, or heavily enhanced with AI. The location was bad to begin with, but that's the least of the problems. The lobby was dark and filthy, with everything outdated, including the lighting. I told the nice staff member at the desk about the room. He offered another one and said I could inspect it, but I declined because if they couldn't clean that room, I didn't trust the next one to be any better. I asked for a refund, and they denied it. I couldn't imagine sleeping in one of those rooms. This place should be shut down for safety reasons.

Don't let the prices fool you: the rooms are super clean, the staff are very nice, and they actually serve breakfast, unlike most hotels that lie about it. Sonny at the front desk was a nice guy and really accommodating. We had a couple hiccups getting out of the room, but he extended our time so we could still leave on time.

We were financially and logistically stuck when we arrived around 11 PM. We had already paid and couldn't get the money back immediately, and didn't have extra funds to pay for another room then. We had a 7 AM competition and left at 7 AM, so staying wasn't because the room was acceptable. We were offered only $20 because we had “decided” to stay, which isn't accurate. Nobody offered us another room, despite later saying we should've asked. The front desk employee was rude and unprofessional. We were told to pay $150 if we wanted a clean room, and that it wasn't a highly starred hotel, so what did we expect. Cleanliness is the bare minimum anywhere, regardless of rating. The sheets and comforters were dirty and smelled bad. The replacement sheets they gave us were stained and smelly too. The shower was dirty, the mirror hadn't been cleaned, the TV was sticky with residue, and we only got one bath mat. We took photos of the room's condition.

The check-in was quick and easy, and they answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The front desk staff were genuinely kind and gave me a warm welcome as soon as I walked in. I had a great experience with them during my stay.

Black mold covered the bathroom walls and floors, and there was mold throughout the room from a leaking shower faucet. The water damage had also lifted the vinyl flooring, and the bathroom door was hanging off its hinges. My wife has asthma and couldn't sleep all night. Upstairs guests partied until 5 AM. The front desk woman said she couldn't do anything because she'd asked them to stop and they wouldn't listen, and they offered no solution. In the morning, the milk poured out like cottage cheese when we went to get food. We checked out very early the next day, but were still charged for the following evening. When I tried to discuss the charges, the “manager” hung up on me.
