Although the beds and bathrooms looked clean, the rooms were dusty, with cobwebs and dust in the corners. Family members with asthma or other medical issues had trouble sleeping because of the dust and smell. There was a strong weed odor in the hallway, especially outside one room, whose sliding door didn't close fully and let in a chill. The desk moved us to a room nearer the other two in our group, but the fourth room stayed down that hallway. That room smelled less inside, though the odor was strong when its door opened to the hall. We had called weeks ahead to reserve rooms together, but on arrival found we weren't all in the same area. The lobby had impressed us, but the rest didn't live up to the advertised three-star standard or the reviews that led us to book. The tub leaked, and there was no spare toilet paper. Breakfast was just okay, and because I have a food allergy, I was glad I'd brought my own food. Still, we needed somewhere for my family and me to sleep, and we'd already made plans we didn't want to change, so we stayed. We won't choose this hotel if we visit again.

The management, front desk, and housekeeping were all helpful, friendly, and great to deal with. I spent several days here and had a pleasant stay for a very good price. Thanks to everyone working here. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.

My wife had to go to the hospital after a dialysis treatment on our anniversary, New Year's Eve, so we couldn't use the room we'd booked for that night. I called on 12/31/25 and explained what had happened, but the free-cancellation cutoff had been 12/30/25. Booking.com also asked the hotel to make a one-time exception, and they refused. We were charged the full room price despite not staying. That's terrible service, and we won't stay here.

The rooms and hotel were clean, and the staff were friendly. A lot had been remodeled, including the room's carpet and furniture and most of the bathroom, though the tub and shower were still old. Noise traveled from the hallway and parking lot, and I hadn't brought earplugs. The shower water wouldn't shut off and kept running after we reported it. Breakfast wasn't quite what we hoped for: they had packaged egg and sausage sandwiches to microwave instead of hot eggs and breakfast meats, and the muffins were very dry. The other choices were standard, like cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, and juice. It was an okay stay.
