The rooms were clean and nice, but Chris the manager was so hostile and rude that it spoiled the stay. I booked through a third-party site, and five advertised amenities were missing or out of service. When I raised it, he was argumentative from the start, talked over me, and barely let me speak. He basically said I should have verified the information myself. He didn’t seem interested in correcting the listing, though he was happy to take my money and others booking through that site. His offer was a disrespectful $5 refund.

The rooms were fine for the price, though the area felt a little sketchy. Front desk service was bad. When they emailed asking for feedback, I said so. The GM, Raj, replied, “thanks for the positive feedback. I am pleased to hear the front desk person was on a [personal] call” ...and ignoring you. That response tells me Raj doesn’t read or take customer feedback into account. Do better.

The bathroom smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. The TV remote didn’t work, and neither did the replacement. I also left my portable charger behind, but when I called, they said they didn’t have it. I can’t believe they don’t have a lost and found or a policy that lets customers get their things back.

I stayed for weeks while looking for a new place, and they were so nice, accommodating, and understanding. The food is delicious, and the coffee is 10/10. I’d go back just for the coffee, lol. Keep up the good work!
