I lost my car keys between checking in and reaching my room, and Life at the front desk searched the hotel and looked under cars with me. She was thoughtful and so helpful. Her kindness went beyond customer service, and the hotel is lucky to have someone with her character. Thanks again for everything.

The noise in Room 310 was constant, like water running through the pipes, and loud enough to make it hard to relax or sleep. It seemed as if water used throughout the hotel passed through that room. Even though I had specifically asked staff for a quiet room, they assigned me this one. When I raised the issue, a housekeeping staff member answered rudely and aggressively, saying there'd be noise in any room I switched to. This was especially disappointing because I'd stayed here before and had a great experience, which is why I returned. This visit was a letdown for both the room and the service. If you're considering this hotel, you may want to avoid Room 310.

I've stayed here before, which is why I came back. This time, though, we chose it specifically for the pool, which it no longer has. They still show pictures of a pool and hot tub among their photos. They should update the website so families don't end up with disappointed kids like ours. I've been using Marriott hotels for over 20 years, and each visit has left me more disappointed.

We only visited the bistro for drinks and food, so I can't speak to the rooms. Meach was working last night and gave us excellent service. The drinks were great, and he checked in several times to make sure everything was okay. I'd go back.
