Economy Suites Extended Stay Tulsa

The staff are welcoming, the area is very quiet, and the rooms look like the pictures. I got to see one before booking. Everything is newly renovated, and the room was clean, nice, and comfortable, though short on the usual conveniences. There’s no lobby, just a tiny enclosed outdoor window for transactions. The TV stand, table, desk, and dresser are all one piece. There’s a clothes rod but no hangers, and no iron or board, hair dryer, tissues, coffee pot, ice bucket, cups, ice machine, ice trays, alarm clock, phone, or proper sitting chair, just a rolling office chair. There’s also no shelving for an extended stay, though there’s room for a small table and sitting area. Maybe management hasn’t finished furnishing the rooms. Bring what you need and you’ll have a great stay. It’s quaint, quiet, and clean. One other thing: they held my funds for several days before releasing them. My bank said the merchant was holding the money when I contacted them after the refund had been pending for a week.

The staff were courteous and really nice, and the property stayed quiet overnight during our one-night stay. But there was no hot water at all in either sink or the shower. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz at that price, but hot water is a basic necessity.

The bed was comfortable and the location convenient, but I’ll pay more next time and stay elsewhere. My reservation said I’d arrive between 10 and 11 pm; at 9:30, the office called to say it closed at 10 and I had to check in by then. I managed to get them to allow 10:30. At check-in, the clerk tried to charge me again for the room I’d already prepaid. The exterior lights were out, so I had to walk along a very dark walkway to my room. It took a long time for the shower to get hot, and in the morning there was a puddle by the door with no clear cause. I left at 6:30 am, before the office opened, so I couldn’t raise any of it.

I stayed here for a while and had a really nice experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and they do their best to keep the place clean, safe, and welcoming. It’s in a gated community, so you need your key card to reach the rooms and parking. The housekeepers work extremely hard too, please show them some appreciation.
