The first room I got was really nice. Each time I stayed after that, the room was a little worse, until the fourth visit, when it was unacceptable. There were no bulbs in the room’s lamp and no chair to sit in. I stayed a few more times, but they kept giving us that same room, so I don’t go there anymore. I wonder if it was because I’d written a bad review of a motel that had bed bugs and wouldn’t move us to another room.

The walking trail outside the hotel was a real comfort to me during some hard days. It had fresh air, a nice view day or night, good lighting, and room for the girls to walk and run. The hotel was 15 minutes from my job. One night, though, a homeless lady threatened to kill me and yelled at my kids when we went out for a moment. The trail itself was otherwise peaceful, and I needed somewhere to clear my head and get away from the noise while we were settling in. I moved to Tulsa with my family for the first time, as a single mother with limited money, trying to find permanent housing while starting a new job a few weeks after we arrived. I stayed 3 weeks. The manager was hard to reach and didn’t call back when I asked. He had more than one hotel to manage and was very busy. I left my number at the front desk and would be happy to share videos and pictures of my stay. The manager welcomed me and showed me two rooms. I appreciated seeing the upgraded one, which he said cost more, because it was much cleaner and more comfortable for my children. But we still saw a few roaches, especially in the bathroom and even in the refrigerator. I showed one to the front desk lady. They offered pest control, but the timing didn’t work for me, so I handled it myself. There was constant noise from above, and men often hung around outside the doors, which made me and my daughters uncomfortable. Coming back after an 11 hour night shift to men standing with the door wide open and staring at me really upset me. I tried not to make a big deal of it so I could rest during the day. The lady at the desk and the slender guy were always nice and courteous, but another big guy in the office stared at me in an unfriendly way while I explained concerns to the lady. I felt uneasy around him every time I went in. I was quoted $300 per week for a month for the upgraded room, but leaving early changed the rate to $350 per week. I felt that was wrong. I put down a $100 deposit. I didn’t get a refund for the final week, but I got the deposit back after thoroughly cleaning the room. I had to deep clean it myself when I arrived, and they only provided clean sheets when I asked. I wish the pricing and communication had been clearer, though I hope they improve for future guests. I probably wouldn’t stay here with my family again. It seems more suited to construction workers or someone needing a quick, cheap place for a few nights or perhaps a week. There’s a $37 a night billboard in the parking lot, but they charge a different price when you go inside. Another thing I disliked was that after working all night, I’d come back to men standing there with the door wide open, staring at me. I tried to focus on getting my rest. The place was too noisy for that. The hotel is just okay for a quick stay, and I want future guests to know about my experience.

Rafi has done a really good job with this property. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and clean, and guest parking is behind a gate. I’d recommend it.

I stayed for about 4 days, and the price was well worth it. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the front desk was available whenever I needed something. I’m not from Oklahoma, but I’d recommend this place to anyone staying in tulsa, OK, even for 1 night. There were lots of out of state guests while I was there. I had a 2 bedroom room with plenty in it: a refrigerator, microwave, stove top, kitchen sink, bathroom sink, new tv's, and hardwood floors. It was huge and spectacular compared with some hotels in California. The place was friendly and very clean.
