Woodspring Suites Broken Arrow

We checked in late and hadn’t realized the front desk at this location closed early. The on-call woman came down to help us, and she was so kind that check-in was easy and we were excited to start our stay. I won’t forget that kindness. The room was very clean, and I liked the layout, especially the comfortable chair in the corner. I’d stay again for sure. The bed cover pattern threw me off, so I took it off, but that’s a small thing.

I stayed there for many years, and it was probably the best and most secure place to stay. The staff are always pleasant, and management is courteous and helpful. It’s very comfortable, and they really do a fantastic job.

I’ve been here a month, and nobody has come to clean my room once. The laundry is frustrating too, only about two washers and three dryers work well. They told me taxes wouldn’t be charged after 28 days, but the manager didn’t honor that arrangement and said he wouldn’t give me a discount. I’m not even sure the guy there really was the manager or if he was lying. 😡😡

Getting to the place was kind of difficult, especially at night. The lobby looked clean enough, and the gentleman at the desk was nice and as helpful as he could be, so this wasn’t his fault. Still, it’s hard to give a place much credit when it reserved a room for me online and then had no room available when I arrived just 30 minutes later.
