I had a bad experience. The owner was rude, my credit card was overcharged, and they charged me $10 to open the room after I left my key inside. I would never stay here again.

It's quiet here and the management is nice. The rooms feel outdated for the price, but the peace and quiet, along with management keeping to themselves, makes it worth it.

The rooms were roomy and not bad for the money, though they're a little dated.

The beds are big and clean, the AC gets cold but is loud, and housekeeping still comes daily. The housekeeper was really nice and upbeat each morning. I wanted to tip her like I do at a regular hotel, but I didn't have cash and there was nowhere nearby offering cash back. I hope she knows I appreciated her. This could work for someone looking for a cheap motel, like a trucker or long-haul driver. Locals stay here, though they didn't look as rough as people at some other cheap places. There are restrictions on visitors to rooms, apparently to reduce questionable behavior. At $65 a night, the rooms aren't consistent: some have no lamps or a missing nightstand, and some furniture has graffiti. Check the towels before using them. I stayed about 15 days over four weeks and was a good guest, with no pets, loud noise, or questionable intentions. On Friday I checked out around 10:30 AM, even though checkout is at 11. I'd paid for an extra night by mistake, when I needed to leave Friday, but they refused a refund and didn't care when I explained. I won't stay here again or recommend it. It caters to locals, so I'm sure bad reviews don't bother them.
