Water gets shut off multiple times during the day because there’s only one main line coming into the apartment complex, which is inconvenient. Management also ignored an overcharged $75 late fee when I moved out. Stephanie was the manager I dealt with. My car was broken into multiple times before security cameras were implemented, and management seems to care only about the bottom line. Rent went up $175 over two leases despite being described as all-inclusive.
The view of Woodward Park is beautiful, and the courtyard is nicely kept. Even the pool is clear in winter. The updated interiors make it feel like walking into a new home, and there’s a lovely, charismatic charm to the place. Management got us moved in quickly once we were ready, and they were friendly and helpful with all my many questions. Maintenance is often on site and very personable. The studio was cute, but we chose the two-bedroom. With all bills paid, it’s hard to beat these days. It’s a safe, quiet community, and I feel lucky to call it home.
It’s calm and safe here, with security, and the people I’ve gotten to know, including the manager, have been a real blessing in my life. When something needs fixing, they’re prompt, and they let us make the apartment feel like home. I’ve lived here over a year, and the price is very reasonable with all bills paid. Window units keep me cool, and the place is comfortable and in a great location. I enjoy living upscale without the overhead. WoodWard Park Apartments is a blessing to call home. Try finding this much character, location, and space at an affordable price. You won’t, but you can find it here!
The parking lot is the absolute worst in Tulsa, rent goes up often, and maintenance issues can take weeks to resolve. This place isn’t kid friendly, so don’t move here if you have children. New management has ruined what used to be a decent apartment complex and left it little better than a slum. It doesn’t deserve even one star. Absolutely rubbish. Pass it up, it’s not worth your time or money.
The water is constantly shut off, and parking is a complete disaster. There are no security cameras at all, and numerous vehicles have been stolen and vandalized. Management isn’t helpful, ignores people as it chooses, and doesn’t address bigger issues. If you have a child, don’t even think about moving here. Kids are absolutely not welcome. If you do move here with a child, be prepared to be threatened with eviction constantly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
