Service was good both in person and on the phone. The location seems decent, easy for getting around town, and there’s a hot tub. But the poolside lobby smells strongly of mildew, and the room is musty. It looked clean until I picked up a towel and found a wad of hair that someone must have seen while folding it. Not sure I could eat the breakfast. I’m leaning toward paying more to stay somewhere else next time, though whether I’d come back is still debatable.

The place wasn’t bad, and I see they’ve made some upgrades at the entrance, but after being away for a while I don’t think it’s as good as it used to be. The rooms need work, and the stained bedding was a letdown. When I called to ask for replacement bedding, they said they didn’t have any, which was odd. The jacuzzi timer didn’t work, and the gym was disappointing, just basic walking machines. The pool was only 4ft deep, and the area was very loud from exhaust fans or whatever was in there. It was pretty clean overall, except for some carpet stains in the walkway, but my fridge didn’t work. It’s not a bad spot, with a $50 cash deposit or you can use your card. I wouldn’t stay again, mostly because I miss the old setup.

The beds were awful, and after one night I was so sore. The lobby is big and nice, but the rooms show the property isn’t. I learned there weren’t even 10 guests at the hotel, yet they treated me this way. I’d called the front desk to say I’d be 15 mins late, but they still came knocking when I was just 10 minutes past checkout, threatening to charge me for another day. I understand customer service and your stupid policy doesn’t excuse this. Motel 6 up the street is just as nice and won’t act like jerks if you have an issue. Your policy lost you a few more customers. Hope that works out for you, and that’s why your hotel was basically empty.

January 2026: The staff are nice, but there were vagrants in the parking lot outside. The toilet seat was busted, floors in both the breakfast area and room were filthy, furniture was beat up, and the bed was lumpy. The room door didn’t latch smoothly. Some things clearly needed repair or replacement. They fixed it all, and they’re very nice. February 2026: The bed was less lumpy in a different room, but the door had a similar problem. The hot tub still had no bubbles, same as last month, and the smoke detector was missing. Definite code violation.
