For a reasonable price, this was a very nice hotel. The desk staff were great, especially Tabbi. The room smelled a bit musty when we first walked in, but everything else was good. It's unusual to find a place that still offers both a kitchenette and breakfast, and this one has them.

After a bad experience at a nearby motel, bringing our family to Staybridge was the best thing we could have done. They made us feel welcome, and that meant a lot. The front desk staff were very nice, the room was clean and comfortable, and food and drinks were fresh. Breakfast was great, and some days they serve dinner too. Coffee is available all day, and there's laundry for washing and drying clothes.

I was in Little Rock for professional training and spent one night at Staybridge Suites Little Rock. Later, I was charged an $81 pet fee and a $100 cleaning fee even though I had no pet with me. I disputed the charges, and documentation listing the fees and my printed name was sent to my card issuer, although I never signed or approved them. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. Social hour from Monday through Wednesday was a nice extra. Check-in was rough, though, and I had to change rooms on the second night.

The air conditioner never got the room fully cool, even after the front desk said it just needed time. There was a strong musty smell, and the room, though clean, felt quite dated. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until it’s remodeled.
