My room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking the hotel, beach, and ocean, plus a comfortable bed. It was cool in there too, which was the first time I’d felt that way since arriving. Phil at the front desk made a terrific first impression. He helped sort out a mistake I’d made and took the time to make me feel valued. He also helped with my dusit gold sign-up, going so far above and beyond that I extended my stay. 10/10 for the welcome.

The kids had a great time, and it was such a lovely family stay. We spent two hours snorkeling right in front of the hotel, following fish through clear, calm water. The spa massage at Namm spa was VERY nice. I struggle with fluid retention, and I felt light and agile for days afterward. We also joined Dusit Gold and got some nice discounts, especially at the restaurant and spa.

We’ve stayed at Dusit Beach time after time, around nine visits since it was Outrigger, and it’s always satisfying. The location is perfect, the view is decent, and the room is neatly prepared. The front desk staff are thoughtful and kind, and the kid's club, pirate's bay, is child oriented. It’d be even more convenient if the ice machine and water purifier were together.

The location and beach are excellent, and the hotel has nice facilities, including the attached mall and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the bed is fairly comfortable. Still, I don’t think Dusit is worth the price. We stayed at two other Guam hotels for half as much and liked them better. We had three rooms, and these issues came up in all of them: the AC barely kept things from feeling hot, the shower water was often lukewarm, and the refrigerator worked so poorly that it warmed the room, so I unplugged it. We also saw roaches several times, even on the 17th floor. Before Dusit, we stayed at Risonare in Apotgan, and the whole family preferred it. It wasn’t as “nice,” but everything worked, and it cost less than half as much. Dusit is a pleasant hotel, but there are places just as nice for a lot less. Tumon is easy to reach by walking to the beach or using public parks, so staying here isn’t really necessary.

This place has such a peaceful feel, with soft lighting, a comfy waiting room, and a beautiful setting. Everything feels fresh, modern, and clean, and smells amazing from the essential oils, just how I like it. It’s a brand-new spa with experienced staff, and the service was great from start to finish. They include refreshments too. I recently moved from California, where I’m used to good service, and this place has it all. Afterward, the beach and clear blue water are a lovely spot to relax and take in the benefits of the spa. I definitely want to come back for more. Thinking about moving in. 😆 Highly recommend! ✨
