The breakfast is huge and well stocked, and I was upgraded to a suite both times because of my status. The rooms have been renovated recently, and it shows. The front desk staff are so friendly. They didn't have to, but they kept trying to help however they could. Even the gym is better equipped than other HI expresses I've stayed at, with a rowing machine. There's a pool but no hot tub, which is fine. I'd highly recommend it. Maybe they could switch to a saltwater pool, but it's no big deal.

The beds are comfy, the rooms are more than big enough, and breakfast was really good. We came up from Oregon to have fun at great wolf lodge, but had our dog with us, so we needed another hotel. This place allows her, and it's been a great stay. We asked the night desk worker for advice on a nearby restaurant, and he was spot on.

The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant, and they were attentive and prompt. The evening gentleman was especially welcoming, always smiling, and had me in stitches with his great sense of humor. The place is newly remodeled, breakfast is amazing, and the pool was a great 85 degrees. I'll be back.

I stay at IHG brand hotels every week, and this was one of the nicest I've been to. The room was huge and had a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave, which is a big plus for me since some hotels are getting rid of those things. The staff were very polite and professional.

The only possible downside was having just one elevator. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and parking was good too.
