The room was clean and the shower was nice. The hair dryer didn’t work, but that was a small inconvenience. Check-in was the unpleasant part. I said good evening to the woman at the desk and got a curt “yes?” in reply. Management might want to teach staff some basic courtesy, since this is hospitality.

We got in and out quickly, and the motel sits right by the highway, which is convenient. The room was very clean, though the beds were extremely firm. It stayed loud through the night with people coming and going, and the thin walls meant we could hear everything. Breakfast was the usual waffles, yogurt, bagels, coffee, and juice. It’s a pretty okay motel.

For a quick stop on a long drive, it did the job, and the staff were kind. The bed was soft and the price was cheap. The room was mostly clean, but the hotel had a really strong smell. Breakfast was limited, and both the juice and waffle maker were broken. If you’re paying $90 or more on a weekend, I’d go somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

My main complaint is breakfast, which had no protein at all. There was juice, coffee, milk, waffles, bagels, apples, cereal, mini muffins, oatmeal, and toast. The rooms were clean and up to date, service was good, and the firm beds were still comfortable. Good value for a hotel or motel in this class.
