Woodspring Suites Tyler

I've been here since December 20, and the staff have been great from day one. Kendrick is especially good at his job. He's understanding, but always puts business first. Love it.

I really enjoyed staying at Woodsprings Suites. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the respectful staff take care of things quickly. It's a great, peaceful place. I'd recommend staying here.

The manager here has been very accommodating and seems to be doing what he can to manage the property. My concerns are about the condition and cleanliness of the motel, along with the after-hours staff. The office isn't open all night; the phone connects to staff who live on site, and they aren't helpful after hours. Getting assistance can be difficult. There were roaches everywhere. We left the room cleaner than it was when we arrived, and I'm not sure housekeeping had really prepared it for the next guests. We booked through Choice Hotels and were surprised by hidden linen exchange fees. The manager did work with us, but staff at check-in hadn't mentioned those charges. Police were on the property several times during our stay.

Thanks to the Woodsprings staff for making our stay feel like home. Nylin is the sweetest, kindest, most understanding person. He deserves a raise in pay and position! Thank you to Kyra, Ms.Francis, and Mr.Ben for being so patient and understanding with me during this difficult time. Light and love 💜
