The room smelled awful, but the beds, covers, and towels were clean. Everything else was a mess: dirt across the floors, trash including a half-empty water bottle under the AC, dust that looked like it had built up for months, a filthy window, a busted cabinet door, and a dirty pair of socks in a drawer. The walls and bathroom door were nasty, and the counters and tables weren't clean. It needs fresh paint and a housekeeper who takes pride in cleanliness and sanitation. The online prices don't match either. The TV remote was a Roku remote with no back, and there was no couch or cute chair and table like the picture showed. When I called the front desk to ask for bleach, they said they couldn't provide it. I was told only smoking rooms were left, though the parking lot didn't look that full. It didn't feel safe. I could at least see my car right outside the room. There was loud activity all night, with different cars pulling up and people going in and out of the same rooms. It seemed like a lot of addicts stayed there. This wouldn't be my choice. If you need a cheap place to crash for a few hours or can't afford anything else, I guess it'll do. It's a roof over my head and a decent bed, better than being out in the cold. Good luck and safe travels to anyone passing through. 🤞 Fingers crossed you get some rest and have a better day tomorrow.

These five stars go to Neesha. She was friendly and professional, and I could tell she worked very hard, especially since she was the only one cleaning. She left the room clean and smelling fresh, and did a great job on spots other housekeepers usually miss, like inside the microwave and the window sill. I hope you see this. Thanks, Neesha!!!

I booked three nights starting Feb 13 2026, but I couldn't make myself stay. The room smelled like dog poop, and about 20 minutes in, large dogs started barking in the next room. There were cobwebs, filthy vents, a broken recliner, and musty bedding. I looked in through some windows with open curtains and saw dirty rooms, including one with dog poop on the floor. There seemed to be lots of long term residents and drug traffic. I asked for a refund and got only two days back. She said housekeeping would have to go in because I'd been in the room for two hours. I sat in a plastic chair and didn't use the bathroom. Where was housekeeping for the other rooms? I'll never return.

There was hardly anything for breakfast, and there wasn't enough for everyone. We ended up going to a restaurant and buying our breakfast. The floors turned our feet black, so we had to mop them ourselves. We also found a rat in the room and had to put out our own trap.

Customer service was excellent, and the rooms were nice and clean. The location is great, with restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.
