Rest Inn Utica

I just went to get into bed and found the pee in it was still wet. At the office they said I couldn't get another room because of how I booked, and they couldn't give me clean linens either, even though I offered to change them. They said they didn't know where the linens were. 0 out of 100.

I stopped here last year and only got around to writing this now. I booked a room through an outside app at 2 AM, and staff were there waiting for me. Everyone was very friendly, and the room was good for the price. The people who look after the hotel work hard and are friendly. I definitely recommend it.

The price was about what you'd expect, and the room was quiet and clean. The bed felt too soft, though, and the water pressure was awful. The hot water didn't last long either. There was a blood stain on the comforter when I got there, and they did take care of it. When I had a pizza delivered, the woman at the desk warned me not to eat it in bed and to be careful not to make a mess. Funny, considering the stain that had been there.

My room smelled like urine, and the top blanket had a bunch of burn holes. The pillows were flat and there was only one. I could feel the dirt, so I slept on my hoodie on top of the blanket. I also found two pieces of pills by the bed when I reached for my phone. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
