I’m in my 70s, and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. The rooms are modern, there’s nothing antiquated about the place, and the accommodations are excellent. Staff are over the moon, prices are reasonable, and it has amenities many hotels don’t offer. This was my second three-day stay here. If every hotel were built like this, the world would be a better place. It’s the Hyatt place hotel on Orange Avenue in Vacaville, and I’m absolutely ecstatic that I can stay here whenever I visit my nephew. I like it so much that I’m going to write the corporate office a letter of combination about what a fantastic stay I had.

We keep coming back when we’re in the Vacaville area. Over the past 6 months, I’ve stayed here several times, and customer service has been 10 out of 10. Breakfast is always hot and fresh, and the rooms are consistently clean. The location is great too, close to shopping and lots of places to eat.

The room was quiet, very clean, and on the ground floor. I asked two different people at the front desk for extra coffee packs, but neither got them to me. Also, Google Drive sent me in “u-turns” on Orange Drive as I was approaching. The sign facing Orange Drive could be more noticeable, or at least not hidden by parked cars.

Pretty good overall. My only complaint is that cleaning has to be requested, and nobody mentioned that. Breakfast isn’t world-class, but it does the job.

I paid full price for the room at this hotel, which is advertised as pet friendly. They had me sign a pet policy saying I’d be charged for any damage caused by my pet, but charged me a $75 fee even though my pet didn’t damage the room at all. At checkout the next day, I was told the money would be refunded within three days. It never was.
