I wish I could give this place zero stars. Check-in was a nightmare. The older man at the desk yelled that he couldn't understand us, apparently just because he saw we weren't Caucasian. We speak English perfectly well and have lived in the US our whole lives. I hate to bring race into it, but that's absolutely how it felt: the white elderly couple ahead of us were treated wonderfully. We stayed a week and our room was never cleaned. It looked overdue for maintenance too, with old dirty sheets, a headboard falling apart, and a filthy ancient microwave we had to figure out how to use. When we told the grumpy front desk man our keys wouldn't open the door, he lost it as if it were our fault. Checkout was another mess. As soon as we checked out, he started yelling, “ADIOS, ADIOS!!” Don't stay here. I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Read the other reviews too. Honestly, I'm surprised it's still open.

The room was disgusting: the sheets looked unwashed, the walls were moldy, the bathroom was falling apart, and the shower barely worked. A short white man with glasses had an attitude. When I asked for clean sheets, he said I could leave without getting my money back. The room cost $110, and they charged $30 just for a key to a door that barely opened. At checkout, I was told I had to walk through the room with him when he was available, as if I didn't need to get to work. He threatened to keep my deposit because I was on his time. I'm definitely never staying here again.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes and weed, and our room wasn't very clean. The headboards were peeling, there was no soap, and we couldn't find coffee or ice anywhere in the building. The AC unit was so loud that we had to turn it off during the night. This is the worst hotel I've stayed in. I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else.

We stayed around Labor Day weekend in 2023, and the place felt sketchy when we drove up. Most of the hotel windows were open, it was very warm inside, and we had to shut our room window and run the AC while waiting for it to cool down. The front desk guy made me uncomfortable. We'd stayed there the previous Labor Day weekend in 2022 with no problems, so it was sad to see things go downhill within a year. I waited to review in case they returned our deposit as promised, but after reaching out several times, we still haven't received it. We won't be back.

I was scared for my life while writing this. Check-in was delayed by 30 minutes, and the room reeked of marijuana and cigarettes despite the no-smoking policy. Then people kept walking up and down the hallway and tried to break into my room several times. This is absolutely ridiculous, the worst place I've ever stayed.
