The bed was comfortable, and the water pressure was great, with the temperature responding quickly. I didn’t hear road noise or anything from neighboring rooms unless I stepped into the hallway. The A/C cooled the bedroom well, but didn’t affect the rest of the suite. There’s a small vent with two fans in the wall between the bedroom and the room with the trundle beds, but I couldn’t find a way to turn it on. Housekeeping left our suite door open after taking one of the four king bed pillows to exchange it. We had three pillows and four clean pillowcases, but I couldn’t find bedding or pillows for either of the two trundle beds. The inside of the toilet lid was more yellow than white, as if it had suffered serious chemical damage.

Claire took such good care of us at breakfast that we didn’t want to leave. The food was outstanding, and the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere made the stay feel like home, from check-in through checkout. After staying in so many hotels, it was refreshing to find a place like this. Five stars, two thumbs up, and I can’t wait to come back.

After a long day of traveling, Karissa at the bar was incredibly friendly and took care of everything we needed. She handled all the customers by herself without making anyone feel overlooked. Every person thanked her for being so nice on their way out. The food was great, the front desk staff were really friendly, and the cookies were a nice touch. We’ll plan to stay here next time we pass through.

After a long day on the road, having food and a bar right in the hotel was just what we needed. Jade and Jada at the front desk were super friendly, quick, and efficient. E at the bar was a star and treated us like old friends. I’d definitely stay again.

Corbin made my stay smooth and comfortable from the time I checked in until I left. He was welcoming, professional, and very helpful, and it was clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about guests.
