We come here every year for the Valley City show because it’s close to the winter show, but after seven years the hot tub still gets shut down over bad chemicals. A staff member comes down, rudely tells people to get out, and says someone will be called to fix it. The chlorine dispenser still hasn’t been fixed. Last year I asked about a discount and was told no, even though they ran my card without mentioning the hot tub wasn’t working. We pay full price for broken amenities and rude service. A room by itself isn’t much hospitality, especially when it costs this much.

We’d definitely come back. The room was clean, the front desk was polite, and breakfast was excellent. The woman looking after it was great too, and they even sent us off with a goodie bag.

We had car trouble on the way to Montana and needed somewhere to stay. The attached restaurant had great food and cold beer, and every staff member treated us kindly. The hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. We’ll probably make it our regular stop when we head west.

Cleo, if I’ve got her name right, was so sweet at breakfast. She chatted with us and went out of her way to help. The hotel was probably one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and everyone was kind. I’d happily stay here again.

We had such a good time here with my sisters and would come back. The hotel felt almost new and was very clean, with a great room and lots of breakfast choices. Having a restaurant attached was convenient too.
