Travelers Inn and Suites

We arrived at 10:00 p.m. last night and the owner was at the desk. We were treated really well, and the service was great. Since it was so late, we asked where we could order food for delivery, and he gave us two take out menus. Our stay was peaceful, and we had no bed bugs. The room could have been cleaner, but nothing was too bad. It’s pet friendly and has 18 wheeler parking. We’d stay here again if we needed to.

We weren’t sure about the place when the GPS brought us there and thought about finding another room. It turned out to be a very attractive motel from the outside, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The owner was friendly and pleasant, and the price was good too. Glad we stayed.

The room was awful and nothing like the website advertised. The sheets had multiple stains, the towels were yellow, and the second set of covers I had to bring to the front desk also had stains. There was mold in the tub and it wasn’t clean. The refrigerator was loud, there was a hole in the wall, and all I could hear was people walking around upstairs. They overcharge you and are VERY VERY rude. When you ask for help they say no English, but at checkout they speak English. The front desk acted like he didn’t see the stains. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Other than the rude woman who used to work at the front desk and is no longer there, this is the best hotel I’ve ever had the privilege of staying at. Because of some unfortunate circumstances, my family and I have made it our temporary home, and we’ve had a very pleasant stay. The prices are reasonable, and while we pay more monthly, it’s absolutely worth it. Breakfast is ready each morning with hot coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, milk, and plenty of choices: three kinds of cereal, wheat and white bread for toast, bagels, English muffins, and waffles. I asked the housekeeper if they could get oatmeal, and they provided it. Our room has been extremely clean and well maintained. Sheets and towels are changed every other day, blankets are washed weekly, trash is emptied daily, and the property is well cared for. We’ve never had roaches or bed bugs, and an exterminator comes monthly. There have been no issues with other guests, who haven’t been rude or loud. Housekeeper Ms. Tonya is the best: helpful, hospitable, respectful, family oriented, and meticulous about cleaning and setting up rooms for current and future guests. The hotel is kid and family friendly, and I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.
