Extended Stay America Suites Portland Vancouver

Cameron was so kind and patient with my family and me, and I’m going to miss those smiles. Shandell is always friendly and goes above and beyond. Thanks for all your help with everything, you really deserve a raise. This place isn’t ideal, but it does the job when you need it.

I’ve only been in Vancouver a little over a week, but I’m pleased with the accommodations at extended stay America overall. Niki is so accommodating and always checks how I’m doing or whether I need anything. She keeps busy cleaning, mopping, and handling other work, and the place smells fresh and clean when I walk from my room to the front desk. She greets me with a smile and seems to genuinely care about guests.

I’d happily stay here long term if I could afford it. The staff have been patient and wonderful while I’ve had to extend my stay several times over the last few weeks. I’ve been between apartments for a month, waiting for the next one to be finalized, and this place has been a lifesaver. It’s fairly quiet, and I’ve felt safe and welcome. There are a few maintenance issues: the floor sinks and feels a little spongy in places, as if there may be water damage, and the mattress should be replaced. Those are matters for head management, not the on-site staff. Thanks for giving me a temporary home.

The bed is really comfortable, it’s usually quiet, and I get the space I need here. The location is great too, near 205 and lots of food options. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Quyressa, I’m sure I spelled that wrong, and Nikki are awesome, and everyone else has been great as well. I’m looking forward to coming back.
