The room was spacious and really clean, and the staff were helpful. The area felt safe and wasn’t busy, which makes the $10 parking fee hard to justify. I don’t like seeing hotels contribute to this industry trend. The billing was messy too. I was charged a “miscellaneous charge,” while the staff member who checked me out said it was an incidental deposit that hadn’t been explained at check-in. It’s still on my credit card record and hasn’t been resolved. Breakfast was very basic and poorly done, everything was dry and ready for an apocalypse.

We’re already planning another visit. Everyone at Residence Inn Vancouver, WA, from the front desk through the cleaning crew, was warm and professional, and the team made sure we had everything we needed. Tracy, Director of Sales & Marketing, clearly brings heart, strong leadership, and care to the hotel. Our rooms were spotless, lovely, and spacious. The conference room worked perfectly for our retreat, comfortable, private, and equipped for a productive day. Breakfast was excellent too. We highly recommend this location for comfort, care, and quality.

Tracy went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and at home. We appreciated it so much. Thank you, Tracy, and please give little Juliette a special smooch from us. The housekeeping team were kind and sweet, and looked after us really well. We’re pretty fastidious, and they seemed to understand that. Thank you all. My husband was recovering from back surgery, so we needed a place to stay for 15 nights in September 2025. We live in Hawaii, and he couldn’t travel home for two weeks after the procedure. I can’t imagine picking a better place. At check-in, the staff helped us when we realized we’d somehow booked a room without shower grab bars, which he needed after surgery. I have to mention Saye. Thank you, Saye. The shared areas were well cared for, and the gym and laundry were always clean. My husband’s doctor wouldn’t let him use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. We have a pool at home and often find hotel pools aren’t as well kept as ours, but this one was. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area. Mahalo nui loa, J & K

I wouldn’t stay here again, and my company agreed. I was there for work for two weeks. Right after checking in, while trying to get settled, I saw bugs crawling all over the ceiling. I went straight to the front desk to ask for another room, and the response was, “Wow, bugs on the 4th floor.” Yes, lady, bugs are a dealbreaker for me. I called my company right away to arrange somewhere else. After a while, they moved me to another suite, but its microwave didn’t work. Breakfast was mediocre, and housekeeping was unreliable. When I asked to have my room cleaned, they rarely came. Book at your own risk.
