This place was horrible and I would seriously warn people away. In the back of the hotel, rats would jump on you, and there were roaches everywhere. The beds and blankets had burn holes. The pool was closed when the water was so green, and when it was open there was mold on the concrete inside the pool. Housekeeping never offered service, and the staff didn't speak a bit of English. They say they're pet friendly, but they aren't, period. People knocked on the door asking for drugs, guests smoked weed, and there was what looked like a crack pipe in the outside seating area. There were needles on the ground, police were there all the time, and people slammed doors. It didn't feel safe for children or elderly people. It's sad and disappointing that Super.com and Priceline do business with this place. Corporate should take its name off this privately owned business and wake up.

I've been coming here from August 24' through Nov 24, but this time I booked a king bed in advance and was told there weren't enough king rooms. The new girl had no customer service experience and kept saying I'd have to pay extra for a double bed. It's not my fault there aren't enough kings, and you can't force me to pay for a double. I ended up out $62 because of this blender. It may be budget friendly, but it can be a headache, so I don't recommend it. The room I was given had no air conditioning unit in the bedroom, so that night the bathroom section was going to be cold. Also, about the washer, don't let them collect the coins before your wash is done. They did that to me and the machine wouldn't turn back on with my clothes still wet. The manufacturer says not to pull the coins up because there is an off lever when you pull that box out.

The room was spacious, really nice, and clean, and the location was good. Tash at the front desk was professional, pleasant, and gave excellent customer service. I'd definitely recommend this place.

We've been enjoying our stay and plan to keep staying here. All the staff have been welcoming, and Tash always makes us feel like family.
