Deluxe Inn Vicksburg Mississippi

The clerk was nice, but didn’t tell me I was being put in a smoking room. It was dirty, with stains on the shower curtain, pillows, and sheets, plus cigarette butts on the floor. What we paid wasn’t worth it. We were coming from Florida and needed somewhere to stay, and ended up here because the other hotel I called was no longer in service. It was my mistake not to ask for a non-smoking room, but this was the worst inn I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here!

I spent the night smelling someone else’s odor. Deluxe inn doesn’t wash the sheets.

The room was tidy, clean, and smelled like mint. She was respectful and nice, and let us check in late. The price felt fair for the Inn’s size and location. I’d stay a second time if I pass through the area again.

The sheets and pillowcases were nasty. There were bug legs and other parts on the bathroom towels and rug, more dead bugs behind the bathroom door, and a used tampon. The shower’s automatic soap dispenser was broken, and the carpet was so filthy that I threw our socks away after walking on it a couple of times. We checked in around 4am because we’d been driving too long. It was dark, so we didn’t see all the filth until the room got brighter in the morning. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting. Sleep in your car before staying here.
