The room looked nice and clean, smelled fresh, and had fantastic shower pressure. I was really impressed with everything, from chatting with Sophia to the room and the people in general. Highly recommend.

Hair was stuck to the tub walls, and the chairs were too dirty to sit on. The walls were dirty too, and the back of the toilet was unbelievably filthy. The fridge and freezer looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. This was the nastiest place I’ve stayed in over twenty years.

Check-in was easy, and the room was decent. There’s no breakfast, just coffee. The parking around the motel is a bit tight for driving. I couldn’t adjust the AC temperature, and the Wi-Fi was slow and kept disconnecting.

It’s a decent spot to rest before getting back on the road. The woman in the lobby was funny and reminded me of the “what don’t you want?” lady in the movie “Hell or High water”. And trust me, don’t eat at the Wendy’s next door.

Room 125 was okay for a quick overnight stop, and the bed did the job, though it wasn’t especially good or bad. The rooms are functional for the price, nothing fancy. The AC wasn’t very effective, and the dehumidifier in the room, presumably for the heavy air, didn’t seem to work either, which made things less comfortable. There’s room for improvement.
