InTown Suites Extended Stay Fort Myers

The nearby area had everything I needed, from food to shopping, and I felt safe and comfortable here. I drove down from New York with my 2 kids and stayed for 2 months until I got my own place. It was a blessing during that time and gave me peace. Thank you InTown, Fort Myers 💕

I had the worst hotel experience I've ever had, because the person running the place, who I assume was the manager or supervisor, was very rude. A lady and a new hire yelled at my mother and little sister in front of strangers. They accused my mother of wrecking a room and trying to fight a staff member. They also said she was on a do not rent list and tried to keep my money for a week stay instead of refunding the transaction. The lady checked the cameras, realized it was the wrong person, and still never apologized. She was rude throughout. I went ahead and rented a room for a week, but had nothing but problems. I'm a grown man, and a small lady would periodically watch me smoke from across the parking lot. She never had anything nice to say. I also saw them refuse to let a handicapped man in a wheelchair back into his room after he lost his key card. I've tried to contact corporate but can't find a number.

Both young women at the counter were courteous and professional, and showed integrity. The service here was great. I was very pleased and would always choose InTown Suites for a very pleasurable stay.

The room is great, and the staff are amazing. I appreciate the management and want to apologize for my part in a misunderstanding. I was in the hospital, and she helped with my service dog. I'm forever grateful. I recommend this place to everyone. It's worth it!
