The Wi-Fi is slow most of the time, and housekeeping is nonexistent. The range shuts off frequently. There are also people hanging around the parking lot playing extremely loud music and partying, and staff won't step in. Calling the police doesn't help because they don't come. People overdose here often enough that ambulances show up pretty regularly. The worst issue is the roaches: when we pulled out the refrigerator to look for where they were coming from, about 300 came crawling out. The pest control people only spray a tiny part of the room, so we had to buy boric acid ourselves to cut down the bugs.

I had to change rooms about five times on Friday night because the roaches were such a big problem. After the hotel replied to my review saying they'd make it right, they didn't. I called, and the woman I spoke with said to call at 1:30 when the manager would be there. I called then, and whoever answered told me to call back tomorrow. I'm getting the runaround over something they said they'd take care of. Minus 10 out of 10. Don't recommend this roach motel. They charge you to sleep with roaches.

The staff were welcoming and happy to answer questions. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, with fresh linens and the basic amenities I needed. I had a wonderful stay at this motel.

Sleep in your car! This is the worst place I've ever been. It's disgusting and full of roaches, and the people working there are inadequately trained. Never again.

Affordable, welcoming, and feels like home. I love how friendly the staff are. The rooms were recently renovated and look nice.
