The towels will cut you. I've stayed in a different city and hotel every night for work, and this was one of the two worst service experiences I've had. At every step, from the phone representatives to shuttle timing and the front desk, the service felt inept. I don't mean that as an insult; the people were all very nice.

The front desk, bar, meeting room, and restaurant staff were all pleasant and helpful, and I'd consider staying again if the bathroom were cleaner and the paint refreshed. My room itself was nice, but I saw what looked like mold in the tub and on the floor. It wiped away with a hot towel, so perhaps it wasn't mold after all. The hotel seemed unchanged since I last stayed about a decade ago. It could use some attention and fresh paint, and the rooms were outdated and not properly cleaned. The previous time I stayed, the place was clean and nice, so I was surprised.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a spacious parking lot with lots of dining options nearby. The property is old and dated, and the rooms need remodeling. I asked for a room away from the elevator but was put in 1113 right beside it. The elevator groaned every time it was used, and the walls were thin. Thankfully, they moved me to another room. The TV was an older model with no apps.

That view was the highlight, and the bed and blankets were genuinely comfortable. The room was clean enough and smelled fine when we arrived, but the place felt dated and cheaper than its price: peeling paint, a small old bathroom, and dirty elevators. The lobby looked nice, though the man checking us out wasn't welcoming. For $220, I don't think it was worth it. I'd try the other nearby hotels first, but would come back if they were all full.
