The breakfast was great, the walk-in shower worked well, and our room was clean with a comfortable bed. The only nitpick is that our bathroom toilet seat was angled way too much for my liking. There, balanced review done. This place is the complete reverse of the terrible HIE North Waco Area (in West). It's a good example of why Holiday Inn Express is our favorite chain.

I needed a room late at night at the last minute while visiting a family member at the hospital next door. The staff were accommodating and showed compassion about why I was there. The hotel was very nice, the room was just right, and the price was reasonable. I'll stay again in the future, hopefully for a different reason.

I travel a lot, and after six days here I'd put this among the best hotels I've stayed in. Everyone was polite and made sure I felt safe and welcome, from housekeeping and the breakfast staff to the General Manager. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

I'm on the road a lot for work and joined IHG to get a decent night's rest. Jodi made my stay incredible. Even with my very late check-in, she was attentive from the start and greeted me with a smile like it was the start of the morning. She also shared useful tips and benefits for IHG Platinum members. The hotel was clean, and my room and bed were comfortable. Thanks so much, Jodi. Next time I'm near Waco, I'll stay at this IHG location again because of her.

The room was roomy but showed some wear. The bigger problems were the lack of hot water for a shower and the air-conditioning unit struggling. We also had to leave for a few hours while routine AC repairs were done. Jodi on the night shift was kind and helpful. When we checked out a day early, the morning clerk couldn't be bothered to process it.
