This place has won us over as new customers, and we can’t wait to return. We won a free night through a church auction and weren’t sure what to expect, but the hotel was beautiful, well maintained, and the staff were so friendly. Our room was huge, with lovely finishes. We didn’t get to try the bistro, though we’ve heard good things, so that’s for next time. One thing to keep in mind, and this isn’t the hotel’s fault: walking around the area after dark didn’t feel safe to us. There’s a large homeless population nearby, so stay alert.

The rooms are consistently clean and well maintained, and the gym and pool area are highlights. I’ve stayed here several times and keep coming back for the service. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and check-in goes smoothly. The downtown location puts you right in the heart of the city, with stunning views. I do think the hallways and elevators could use some extra upkeep or a refresh to match the rooms. It’s a beautiful hotel, and I’m already looking forward to another visit.

We booked a block of rooms for my son’s wedding in Waco, and Hotel Indigo made everything easy. They were flexible about adjusting dates for guests coming from out of state. When there was a problem with our wedding link, they fixed it and followed up with the guests. During the stay, they helped with all the small things you end up needing, from a computer cord to deodorant, and kept in touch with me to coordinate with different guests. They served great breakfasts and late-night drinks, too. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend them.

We brought our small pup for a one-night stay over Labor Day Weekend. The hotel is pet friendly and charges a fee, which we already knew about when booking, so it wasn’t a problem. Everything was well maintained, with fresh, bright decor. The staff were so friendly, and the bar and restaurant were just right. I’ve never stayed in a cleaner hotel room; I couldn’t find a speck of dust. Kudos to housekeeping. It’s a great hotel at a good price whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. Thanks again to the kind staff.
