On my third visit in four months, the hotel was just as enjoyable as before. It's clean, safe, centrally located, and the breakfast exceeded what I expected. Housekeeping was attentive, too. Justice, Thomas, and Mr Patel made the stay especially welcoming with their kindness and professionalism. I've tried plenty of Waco hotels, and this one's my favorite. Hope to see you again soon.

Ice had covered everything while I was inside the theater, and I hadn't planned on needing a hotel that night. Thomas helped me get settled quickly and made me feel welcome. The room was warm when I arrived, clean, and a decent size. My needs were taken care of, and I couldn't have asked for more from an emergency stay.

I was here from December 18, 2025 through January 14, 2026 while plumbing repairs were done at my house. The location worked well for I-35 and Waco's main attractions, and IHOP is right in the same parking lot. The lobby had Christmas decorations up. Our suite had two queen beds and was comfortable, clean, and in good shape. Staff were all friendly, and housekeeping kept things tidy and left plenty of fresh towels. I didn't try the breakfast, though the waffle smell was tempting. I'd recommend this motel to people visiting Waco.

The staff gave great service, and the older hotel was clean, but our room was really noisy. One queen bed had a bottom sheet so worn there was a little hole in it. The place could use some TLC. The freeway noise, though, is out of their hands.

Comfortable rooms and helpful, friendly staff made this a good value for us. The hotel is conveniently placed for Waco's main attractions. Breakfast is limited, but it's complimentary, so I was fine with it. The manager came by to chat with us each morning over breakfast and was a super nice guy.
