Twelve years of work travel and basically living in hotels, and I’d never been turned away from a room before. This place managed to make that a first. There was no room, no service, and no soda by the end of it. I came in, waited at the front desk, and tried the lobby phone twice after seeing the sign. No response. On the third try I left the receiver off the hook, hoping it might summon someone. Eventually a woman came out from the back looking like I’d interrupted a nap, and she had no interest in helping. I stepped out for a soda to give everyone a chance to reset, then came back and tried for a fresh start. I even asked if maybe she’d woken up on the wrong side of the back room bed. No luck, just more attitude. On my way out, I dropped my 42 oz soda all over the lobby floor. I wish I’d stayed to clean it up, but I figured I might get banned for “attempting customer service.” A chaotic 10/10, hospitality 0/10.

I was left without a room at midnight, exhausted from traveling, after the hotel couldn't find my reservation. I’d booked through Hotels.com and paid in advance, but there was no record of it when I arrived. Since it was after hours, they wouldn’t even let me into the lobby and told me to stand in the hallway and use a service phone. No real support or effort to sort things out. Frustrating and unacceptable.

The bathroom was really unpleasant: there were poop smudges still in the toilet and dried period blood, and the walls had black marks all over them. The room wasn't clean. The front office staff were rude and unprofessional, shaming us whenever they could and gossiping too much. If you have pets, don't go here. They say they're pet friendly and have rules in a pet policy, but wouldn't provide the policy. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. We also wouldn't get our money back if we left early, even though that wasn't stated on their website or anywhere. Such a waste of time and space.

At first the room seemed clean, neat, and a reasonable size, just a normal hotel room. Then I went to sleep on the king bed and spotted a hair on the sheets. Pulling the blanket and sheet apart turned up four more long hairs and two short ones. I was disgusted and asked for fresh sheets. The desk lady wasn't very friendly, and the replacement set had more hair on it when I went to put it on the bed. Otherwise, it was a good room if you can get past the hairy sheets.
