The housekeeper who helped us was really nice and helpful. The front desk worker on Oct. 18 at 2:30PM was the opposite: extremely rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. We brought down our dirty towels and asked for fresh ones, but she told us to go to the third floor and “take it up with house keeping.” She was away from the desk for over 15 minutes, so I called the hotel after ringing the bell. She finally came around the corner and seemed annoyed we were there. She needs to be let go.

We have a work crew of about 30 people staying there right now. This morning the power went out, leaving everyone in the dark, and the office phone wouldn't work when I tried to call and find out what was happening. The place had been decent up until we woke up in a hotel with no electricity.

Imari at the front desk was so friendly and efficient when I checked in late. She handled everything with a smile and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I’ll definitely come back.

The courtyard is wide open and looks like a nice place to sit outside with my toddler. There’s a good view of it from my spacious, lovely room, which helps me feel less isolated. There’s always someone around if you need anything, and more than one laundry facility, which is helpful for people staying on the upper floors. This wonderful location had its first customer check in yesterday, and that was me. Bobby Allan and the young lady working with him were great and efficient at check-in. I highly recommend staying here in Waco, even for just one night. I added photos of my cozy room.
