The Inn And Spa At East Wind

The changing space and waiting room had such a soothing feel, and the check-in staff were helpful and welcoming. This was my first visit to the Spa at East Wind, and I booked a body treatment with Jackie. The room itself was lovely, and her calm, friendly manner helped me relax completely. After the scrub and moisturizing wrap, I left feeling like a million bucks. I’m already looking forward to going back.

The massage mix-up was the biggest problem. Someone in our group had booked deep tissue, but the treatments got switched by mistake, and she ended up with a very light massage that was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem to care much, and although we had to ask for the price to be adjusted and were told it would be, it never was. Since she didn’t receive what she booked, the whole massage should have been comped. The four massages were all just okay, nothing special, and the relaxation room was chilly. There were some nice things, though: it was clean, the ambiance was pleasant, and tea, a sauna, a steam room, and a pool were available. A hot tub and cold plunge would be nice additions. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Jackie gave me a Hydrafacial last week, and my skin is still glowing. I’ve visited the East Wind Inn and Spa for more than ten years and have always had wonderful treatments and service. I’ve seen Jackie for my facials on my last few visits, and she is amazing. I’d recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service, and I’ll keep coming back to her.

Randi was so meticulous with shaping my nails and applying shellac during the essential mani and pedi, and the whole thing was really relaxing. I’d booked a cut and color with Doreen first, and she got both the color and style exactly how I wanted them. I’m so happy with the result. The staff were sweet and accommodating throughout. When I checked out, I told spa director Anne Marie how pleased I was with all the services. She also told me about the wellness program they had just started, and I’m going to sign up for that too. I can’t wait to come back for a massage.
