The staff made a stressful time much easier. Katherine (hope I got the spelling right) and Jordan were welcoming, kind, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is spotless, and housekeeping clearly takes pride in the work. The fitness room was better than expected, breakfast was solid, and the coffee machine was a nice extra. The room worked perfectly for remote work, with fast Wi-Fi, a good desk, great lighting, and a comfortable bed with quality linens. I got work done during the day and slept well at night. The bathroom was a little tight, though, and the sliding door raised privacy concerns when sharing a room. A regular door would be better. The location is convenient, just a block from I-95/128, and there's plenty of parking. It was an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express -Waltham, especially given the unfortunate circumstances that brought me there. It's welcoming and well run, and I'll definitely be back.

The price was pretty good, so I'd probably stay here again. It seemed clean for a one-night stay, and the room was an okay size, with a fridge and decent-sized TV. The bed was firm, and the pillows were so-so. The toilet was oddly placed, the shower head was low for me, and the water pressure wasn't great. The walls seemed thin, since we could hear nearby doors slamming. Breakfast was okay, but the eggs were watery, and there was sausage instead of bacon. The cinnamon rolls were really good.

The walls were thin. We could hear the TV and noise from the next room, along with lots of running and jumping upstairs at 11 pm. The hotel was convenient for our trip between the Boston LDS temple and Logan airport. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection. Check-in staff were very friendly and arranged a late checkout for us.

I travel for work and spend 100+ nights a year at IHG properties. The rooms here are nice, the beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of parking, so the property is perfectly fine. Breakfast is why I'm giving it 3 stars. It was probably one of the worst I've had: the eggs were swimming in water, almost like powdered egg soup. It was lacking compared with the other locations I stay at. I'm surprised to see positive breakfast reviews. Maybe I just got the short end of the stick on my visit.

I'd absolutely stay here again. Just be prepared for water on the bathroom floor if you use the shower. The curtain hangs past the lip of the shower pan, so even careful use of the shower wand can leave drops on the curtain that fall away from the drain. That turns the floor into a slip and slide for someone wearing prosthetics, without any of the fun or laughter. I added photos to show what I mean. I have a physical disability and need an accessible room when I travel. The bathroom was spacious, and the barn style door was surprisingly easier to use than a regular door. I know management couldn't have fixed this in the moment, but I'm hoping this review and an email help them prevent it in the future with a little forethought. I'll just put several towels outside the shower pan to soak up the water next time.
