Luke made me feel welcome right from the start. He got check-in sorted, answered all my questions, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a relaxed feel. Really appreciate Luke, and I’d happily come back to Hyatt House Boston/Waltham.

The front desk team made our two-month stay feel like home. They were attentive, proactive, always smiling, and even remembered our names. Our room had plenty of space, and the kitchen came with the dishes and utensils we needed to cook. Breakfast was included, with lots of good choices. Getting around worked well for us too. Downtown Boston was an easy 20-30 minute trip, and Salem and the quiet suburbs were nearby, which was lovely for seeing the leaves change. We’re leaving tomorrow and are sorry to go. Thank you to the whole team for making us feel so welcome.

Abraham at the front desk welcomed us with real warmth and professionalism. The breakfast staff put a lot of care into serving us delicious food, and our rooms were clean and well kept. We had a great experience and our family would book here again.

Traveling with our 6-month-old was much easier thanks to the room setup. The kitchen had everything we needed, and having a separate bedroom and living room meant we could watch a movie and relax after the baby went to sleep. A Pack ’n Play was already waiting in the room, and they even left us a thoughtful baby welcome hamper. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety and a made-to-order omelette station. We had a great stay at the Boston Hyatt and couldn’t have asked for better. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Boston, especially families with young kids.

We booked at the last minute because of last night’s snowstorm, and Abzaham and Orkhan made a stressful situation much easier. Both staff members were kind and helpful, and they even went out of their way to upgrade our room. Their warmth and professionalism meant a lot to us, and we’re grateful for their hospitality.
