I was here for five days of training for my new company. The room was clean, service was great, and Alexis at the front office was especially good. It was quiet at night, and I wasn't bothered during my stay, though this isn't the nicest part of town. If I'm back up this way, I'd stay here again. For anyone with an 18-wheeler, street parking is possible since it's a dead end. There's a denture place just before the hotel where you can turn the rig around, then back up closer to the hotel.

The person I spoke with said we could get a room facing our truck, but when we arrived there wasn't one. They said they had truck parking, and while there may be space to park, there isn't room to get back out. The manager was sarcastic and rude, mocked us, and said her staff didn't know how big a semi was. She raised her voice and acted like a smart-aleck. The whole thing felt idiotic. Her attitude means I can't recommend stopping here, and I won't stay at any La Quintas in the future. Hiring people like that makes it seem they don't care about customer satisfaction.

Getting checked in and out was easy, but the internet barely worked. Over two days, we had only about 15 minutes of access. The room coffee was Maxwell House, and there wasn't any in the lobby, so we left and went to Panera Bread.

Tiny, dirty rooms. This was the worst La Quinta I've stayed at, despite it being part of a wonderful chain. Avoid it if you can, even if that means driving 50 miles to another one.

Really good customer service. I'll come back.
