By 5am, after checking in at midnight, I woke up, turned on the lights, and saw several bugs crawling on the bed. We grabbed our things and got out as quickly as we could. The room had seemed okay for the price at first, and I had checked the bed, just not carefully enough. Room 301. I wouldn't recommend it.

I spent about three nights here and it was perfectly decent. My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Kathy was especially kind and helpful when I checked in. She's a wonderful person.

The room was quiet and clean, and I never heard loud talking or yelling inside or outside it. Staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived. My one suggestion would be to update the stove and oven knobs so the temperature settings are visible. Otherwise, everything was great.

Carol and Sam at the front desk were really nice and accommodating, but the two months we stayed here while waiting for our house to be ready were disappointing. This was a temporary home for us, not a business trip or vacation, and the stovetop burners didn't work, so I had to buy a countertop burner to cook for my husband and me. Maid service was meant to come every two weeks, but nobody ever showed up; I had to ask at the desk for clean sheets and towels. People kept smoking cigarettes and pot in the stairwells, and even with signs telling guests to take garbage to the dumpster out back, some left bags beside the trash can at the bottom of the stairs.
