We really liked how spacious and calm the hotel felt, and it never seemed too busy. The Wednesday evening social was a relaxed way to wind down, with drinks and bar-style food. Our room was large and comfortable, with a kitchenette and full-size fridge that worked well for a family or a longer visit. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with lots of choices and something different each morning. The fitness center was excellent for a hotel gym, with cardio and strength equipment plus a full dumbbell set. Between the layout, amenities, room size, and food, this Homewood Suites is a great option in Warren. We’d happily come back.

The location has plenty of parking, grocery stores nearby, and Sheets just across the street within walking distance. I stayed here for work in two week-long visits. I told the front desk the bathroom faucet had no hot water, but when I returned for week two and got the same room, it still wasn’t fixed. They also hadn’t provided a sponge on that visit. I usually wash the dinnerware myself each time, especially when I find coffee makers left uncleaned and crumbs in the drawers.

The rate seems average for a full studio, and the staff were great. I liked the lobby, breakfast nook, and business nook. The rooms are spacious and fairly up to date. If I need a full fridge and these amenities again, I’ll book here.

There’s free food on Wednesday evening, plus continental breakfast in the morning. The room was clean, and I liked the Evelyn and Crabtree hand soap.

The staff gave me candy for Christmas, which I’d never had a hotel do before and wasn’t expecting. When I first checked in, there were kids running around and making a lot of noise everywhere. I was glad when they finally left.
