Days Inn & Suites Warren

This was our second stay, coming up from Indy for a holiday family party, and it was wonderful. The front desk gentleman was awesome and helpful. We had two rooms, and the rooms and beds were great. My refrigerator was pretty loud, but not enough to make a fuss about. It’s close to my little sister’s home, so this will definitely be our go-to place from now on. Thank you so much 💓 💗

I never leave reviews, but this place upset me so much that I need to warn anyone considering it. I’m homeless right now and would rather freeze in my car. The hotel I’d stayed at before cost $200 more, but as soon as I could, I went back there and checked out early from this one. During the first two days I dealt with multiple roaches, dirty sheets and floors, sheets that smelled of smoke, and mold. I disputed the charge on my credit card. They’d cleaned our room before we arrived, but there was already a dead roach in it. They offered to move us next door, but we said no because we thought the problem would be the same. They cleaned with bleach or a bleach-smelling spray, and then we saw five more baby roaches over two days. After we complained, they finally moved us to the highest floor, which is cut off from the outside. There were still roaches. The fridge was broken when we arrived, though we were too tired to notice, and our food went bad. The TV didn’t work either. They offered another room, but we were leaving the next day. We were most upset about the bugs and the ruined food. Our clothes need disinfecting, and we don’t have much, so this was the worst experience of my life. I’m sorry for people who have to stay here because they have nowhere else. I’m also going to look into filing a complaint about the spoiled food.

Neil at the front desk told me I had some kind of “do not rent” restriction and charged me a $50 rental fee in cash. That’s ludicrous. There was also a domestic disturbance on the first night, and police got involved. The outside looks nice, but the room didn’t look like the pictures online. At least it was clean and warm, with no bugs. Decent for the price, I guess. Not my best hotel stay.

The place is clean and comfortable, and it feels like home. John was super helpful with everything I needed. The desk staff are all kind and caring, so don’t be afraid to go down and talk to them. My room is always clean when I get back, with fresh linens and the trash emptied. I’ll stay here every time I come to Warren.
