We stayed on the top floor and I’d recommend it. The room was simple, cozy, and just right for a ski trip, with a mini fridge and easy access to the TV. The rec center passes were a great extra, especially for soaking after long days snowboarding. The hallway could get noisy when guests arrived, and might be louder at full capacity, but it settled down in the evening and didn’t bother us. The shuttle was handy, Paul was incredibly kind, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We’d bring friends next time. Also, try the pizza from Paradise Provision! Call first, since they have pizza more nights than the website lists. I think it was Thurs-Sun.

Clean, modern rooms and a nice lobby lounge. It’s a good deal within spitting distance of the Lincoln Peak base area, well, kinda, or just a quick drive over to Mt Ellen.

The rooms are clean, well kept, and seem fairly newly furnished. But I could hear everything from the bottom floor. Footsteps upstairs were loud, and the floor above creaked constantly. The doors seemed as thin as the walls. I could even hear someone in the room above using the bathroom while I was in ours. Good luck sleeping down there. My car also scraped when leaving the parking lot, and it isn’t even lowered.

We paid $250 for a harrowing night and morning, and I won’t stay here again. From our first-floor room, we heard every step upstairs. The noise and vibrations kept me awake all night, even with noise-canceling headphones. We asked the front desk to move us, but they said no. After getting no sleep, I showered in the morning and the bathroom fuse blew when I turned on the hair dryer. The power went out in our room, and there was no way to fix it. We called multiple numbers and nobody got back to us. I was left with wet hair in freezing conditions. The off-site sauna doesn’t get hot, though the steam room works.

I’m not convinced this hotel is worth about $300 a night, and I probably wouldn’t stay again. The common room was small but pleasant, with a fireplace, games, and a Keurig, though the coffee wasn’t fresh. We spent most of our time there because the room felt suffocatingly small. The renovated decor was chic, but there was barely room to move around with suitcases and ski clothes, especially traveling with two small children. The fridge was the tiniest I’ve ever seen, about 12" x 12", and there was no microwave. The hotel name is misleading. It’s a Sugarbush property, but not in the mountain village or near the mountain. It’s a four-minute drive, you still have to find parking, and the shuttle isn’t convenient. Passes to the off-site fitness center with a pool were a nice perk, though the facilities are run down.
