Holiday Inn Express Washington Court House by IHG

We spend our weekends evangelizing in different cities and towns, staying at a different hotel each time. After years at The Holiday Inn Express in WCH-Jefferson, it's still our favorite. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds and pillows really comfortable, and the location is ideal. The breakfast bar is good, and the dining area with the fireplace is exceptional. What stands out most is the staff. Shandie Bennett and her whole team are friendly, kind, helpful, and always treat us with respect. They go above and beyond for our needs, especially with our nonverbal/autistic boys. Shandie makes us feel at home and like family. We can't thank her and the staff enough. We appreciate you! The staff were lovely throughout the six weeks I stayed here on a work trip with my husband. I even became friends with the housekeepers, who shared ideas for things to do and places to eat nearby. Breakfast was always good, the whole hotel stayed clean, and the beds were comfortable. I felt completely safe outside alone at night. The pool area was nice, and the daily cookies and all-day coffee kept me going. I miss that coffee. 😅

This was a really enjoyable stay. The mattress felt just right, and the bathroom products were better quality than what we usually find at a Holiday Inn. Staff were friendly and ready to help. We stay at lots of Holiday Inns across the south and Midwest, and this is probably the cleanest one we've ever visited.

Every staff member we spoke with made us feel like they cared that we were there, and Tommy was especially friendly and helpful at check-in. The room was spacious and spotless, with very comfortable mattresses and plenty of pillow options. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, and with no outside noise we slept like rocks. Breakfast had lots to offer in a clean, large, well-managed area, and the coffee was superb. Great staff, clearly backed by great management. This Holiday Inn is a class act. Well done!
